Job summary

Teknasyon is seeking a senior video producer to lead end-to-end content creation for our Venture OS studios. You will craft scripts, plan shoots, and deliver polished videos for social platforms from our studio, office, or on location.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in social-native video production, expert Premiere Pro skills, and familiarity with AI-assisted editing. You’ll collaborate with talent and external creators to push innovative formats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social-native video production and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling) to accelerate workflows and unlock creative formats.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with the Creative Content & Social Media Team and turn briefs into lean plans including scripting and storyboards.
• Plan, shoot, and produce short-form and long-form videos; in the studio, around the office, and on location.
• Set up and run studio & mobile shoots.
• Manage the content production calendar and keep shoots and deliveries on schedule.
• Translate TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube dynamics, trends, and formats into on-brand ideas.
• Work closely with talent and external creators when needed.
• Coordinate and manage external crew on larger shoots, from booking to directing on set.
• Edit videos in Premiere Pro to deliver platform-ready versions; DaVinci Resolve knowledge is a plus.
• Occasionally shoot photography for posts and in-office needs; light retouching is a plus.

Experience & tools

• 5+ years in social-native video production and editing.
