Job summary

Etstur, Türkiye’s leading travel and tourism company, seeks a skilled Video Editor/Content Creator to manage end‑to‑end video production for social media and sub-brands. You will research concepts, align videos with marketing strategies, and drive AI-powered content workflows.

Collaborating across brand teams, you will shoot, edit, and publish engaging videos, while integrating cutting-edge AI tools to scale creative output and maintain brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video shooting and editing
• Experienced in producing video content, special project and campaign videos for brands
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and having the ability to use them effectively and efficiently
• Proficient in AI-powered tools that accelerate video production workflows and enhance creativity
• Experienced in using text-to-video, image outpainting/expansion, and AI-based audio processing
• Experience with AI-powered audio enhancement and noise reduction tools and TTS technologies
• Follows latest trends in AI-driven content creation and adapts to brand identity
• Experienced in planning and executing model, lifestyle, indoor and outdoor photo shoots with Lightroom/Photoshop
• For male candidates, completion of military service

Responsibilities

• Managing processes of producing, editing and publishing videos for social media accounts
• Doing research for video content for social media and preparing suitable video content
• Preparing videos in accordance with brand and product marketing strategies
• Producing advertising and video content, assisting in editing, planning and sound arrangements
• Accompanying the team during commercial and video shoots
• Ensuring necessary internal and external communication
• Using AI-powered tools throughout the video production process to create fast, creative content
• Develop AI-assisted concepts, storyboards, and editing recommendations for social media content
• Ensure AI content aligns with brand tone and visual identity and maintains quality
• Stay up to date with video trends and AI advancements and integrate them into processes

• Experience with AI-powered audio enhancement and noise reduction tools (e.g., Adobe Podcast) as well as text-to-speech (TTS) Technologies
• Closely follows the latest trends, innovations, and tools in AI-driven content creation and is able to adapt these technologies in line with brand identity and communication strategies
• Experienced in planning and executing model, lifestyle, indoor and outdoor photo shoots, with professionally retouching and post-processing raw images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
