Job summary

Festo Corporation, a leading automation technology company, is seeking a Value Stream Leader for its Manisa facility. You will monitor capacity, lead Lean/OPEX improvements, and ensure resources are available to meet production and logistics goals.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has 5+ years in production/logistics, and excels in team leadership, SAP, and English communication. You will drive continuous improvement across the value stream and inspire the workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial)
5+ years of experience in production and/or logistics operations
3+ years of experience managing blue-collar team leaders
Experience in 5S, LEAN Manufacturing tools and OPEX methods
Advanced user of MS Office applications, good SAP knowledge
Experience in tracking and controlling complex interconnections and relationships in connection with value flows/supply chains
Competent in quality management and control methods
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Monitors and manages capacity within the assigned Value Stream.
Monitors performance trends and takes corrective actions to address deviations in people and line performance.
Ensures the availability of all required resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
Leads continuous improvement initiatives across production and logistics operations using Lean and OPEX methodologies.
Continuously improves the organization of the production / logistics lines in the Value Stream considering OPEX tools.
Inspires and motivates workers and direct reporting staff in the lines through leading by example as well as good management culture.
