Job summary

Coderspace is seeking an RPA Consultant to lead automation initiatives for a global FMCG partner. The role focuses on documenting processes, building UiPath bots, and delivering automation deliverables while coordinating with business and IT teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years UiPath experience, proficiency in at least one programming language, and strong documentation and communication skills. Fluent English is required; on-site work in Turkey is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with UiPath.
• 3+ years of experience in at least one programming language (C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java).
• Ability to write process and technical specification documents for RPA.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English, as English is the daily working language.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document the detailed process, activities, and tasks for Robotics Process Automation through interactive workshop sessions with functional process experts.
• Develop and build Robotics Process Automation with UiPath software.
• Develop structured and complete deliverables (e.g. automation documentation).
• Support User Acceptance Testing execution and solution deployment.
• Support and maintain Robotics Process Automation operations after go-live, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness and performance of the bots.
• Revise and improve codes of existing bots based on findings in process or software changes/improvements.
• Work according to structured project plans, communicate and cooperate with team members from business and IT
