Job summary

Mercor is seeking bilingual reviewers to help make advanced AI models safer. You will write expert-level prompts in Turkish and apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. No prior AI/ML experience is required — training will be provided.

Ideal candidates are native Turkish speakers with business English, a bachelor's degree in progress or completed, and strong attention to detail. Preference for Türkiye-based applicants, but global candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Turkish; business-level written English.
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Turkish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments.
