Job summary

Mercor is seeking bilingual Turkish-English speakers to help improve safety for advanced AI models. You will write expert-level Turkish prompts, apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations, and flag adversarial phrasing with documented reasoning.

No prior AI/ML experience is required as training will be provided. Remote work is available from Türkiye or other regions, with immediate start. Strong language skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish with business-level English.
• Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive information and dual-use content.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Turkish across sensitive topics.
• Apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasing and document the reasoning behind judgments.
