Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking a qualified financial reporting lead for the Turkey Market. You will manage closing, controllership, audits and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely filings.

The role requires IFRS / Local GAAP knowledge, Turkish GAAP & tax regulations, and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel. You will collaborate with auditors and Local Finance teams to deliver compliant financial statements.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare standalone and consolidated year-end FS per IFRS / Local GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP & Tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and Local Finance team on FS audits.
• Ensure timely statutory and tax audits are completed.
• Account for multiple entities and report P&L / balance sheets.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and variances analysis.
• Support timely tax filings, indirect taxes and transfer pricing.
• Involve in process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain open payables / item management and stakeholder relations.
• Leverage SAP and MS Excel for precise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage closing, controllership, audits, accounting and financial reporting for Turkey Market.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / Local GAAP and Turkish regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, finance teams and business units to resolve queries.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly P&L and balance sheet review and reporting.
• Support timely filing of tax returns and related regulatory reports.
