Job summary

A leading Business Process Management company is seeking a Process Lead for Financial Reporting and Audits in Turkey. The role involves managing audits, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and Turkish GAAP. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chartered accountant in a multinational environment, with strong proficiency in SAP and excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to engage in various financial initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational company with global reporting responsibility.
• Experience in a Big4 or other similar large accounting firm environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of standalone and consolidated year‑end financial statements as per IFRS / Local GAAP.
• Co-ordinate with auditors, finance team, and business team for resolving audit queries.
• Prepare business reports providing accurate reasoning for variances.
