Lactalis Türkiye is seeking a Treasury and Risk Executive to manage daily foreign exchange, liquidity and risk management in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will monitor markets, execute hedging strategies, and coordinate with banks and internal teams.

The role requires 5–8 years in corporate treasury, strong Excel skills, and English fluency. You will contribute to forecasting, funding decisions and treasury project initiatives within a leading dairy group.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or industrial engineering.
• 5–8 years in corporate treasury, banking or financial markets, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of FX, money market, deposits, hedging and banking operations.
• Fluent in English; advanced Excel; SAP experience preferred.

• Execute and monitor FX, money market, deposits, borrowing and hedging within limits.
• Monitor markets, rates, FX developments; translate movements into actionable recommendations.
• Manage bank quotations and settlement with proper documentation.

• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare treasury and risk reports for local management and Group Treasury.

We are currently looking for a Treasury and Risk Executive reporting to Treasury Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering; master’s degree is a plus,
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, banking, financial markets prefarably in fmcg company,
• Good knowledge of foreign exchange products, money market instruments, deposits, borrowing, hedging concepts and banking operations,
• Broad understanding of treasury, financial risk and working capital management,
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and communicate practical recommendations,
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP and treasury management or market information systems is preferred,
• Fluent in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute and monitor daily foreign exchange, money market, deposit, borrowing and hedging transactions in line with approved limits and treasury policies.
• Follow local and global financial markets, interest rates, foreign exchange developments and macroeconomic indicators; translate market movements into clear recommendations.
• Manage bank quotations and transaction execution, ensuring competitive pricing, appropriate documentation and timely settlement.
• Support the management of the company’s foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity and counterparty risks; monitor exposures, limits and hedge effectiveness.
• Contribute to short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting, working capital management, liquidity planning and funding decisions, and support working capital performance by monitoring key drivers and coordinating improvement actions with controlling, accounting, procurement, sales and other business teams.
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with local and international banks and other financial institutions.
• Prepare regular treasury, exposure, risk, market and working capital reports for local management and Group Treasury, highlighting key risks, opportunities, performance trends and proposed actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, delegated authorities, segregation-of-duties principles, banking documentation and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support treasury projects, process improvements, digitalisation and automation initiatives, including enhancements to treasury systems, reporting tools and controls.
• Act as a reliable back-up across broader treasury activities and provide guidance to specialists when needed, without direct people-management responsibility unless assigned.
