Job summary

Coral Travel Group in Antalya is seeking a Product and Yield Management Specialist to optimise flight and hotel pricing, develop competitive packages, and maximise revenue. You will analyse market prices, respond to sales and regional requests, and prepare reports for senior management while collaborating with teams across the in-house operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in tourism, strong Excel and Power BI skills, fluency in English, and Russian or German as a plus; flexible hours

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in tourism sector (tour operator, airline or DMC).
• Strong knowledge of tourism destinations, airways and hotels.
• Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel with macros.

Responsibilities

• Participate in flight and hotel yield management by analysing market prices and pricing dynamics.
• Take actions according to market prices to increase revenue and pax yield.
• Respond to requests from sales or regional offices.
• Prepare specific reports for high management.
