Arup is seeking a Civil Engineer to shape transportation projects in Türkiye. You will design road, street, and cycleway concepts, review technical outputs, and contribute to bid documents for high-profile initiatives.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate interfaces, and maintain high-quality standards while building strong client relationships across the project lifecycle. A 3+ year background in transportation engineering and fluency in English are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in transportation engineering, with road/highway/street design.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, OpenRail/OpenRoads).
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to produce clear technical reports and correspondence.
• Able to coordinate work across disciplines and manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Design conceptual and construction designs for road, street, and cycleway projects including geometric and drainage design.
• Review drawings, reports, calculations, BOQs, and specifications for contract compliance and quality.
• Prepare bid documents for high-profile projects and manage competing priorities while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate across disciplines with project teams and external consultants to deliver on time and budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships across lifecycle stages as a trusted contact.
