Job summary

Solventum Turkey is seeking a qualified Customs and International Trade Specialist to manage import/export activities, coordinate audits, and liaise with cross-functional teams in the EMEA region. The role is remote, based in Turkey, with occasional travel to Germany and other countries.

You will work with Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Services, applying SAP/GTS and Excel to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in international trade regulations and customs for medical products.
• Solid knowledge of SAP/GTS and Excel is required.
• Strong Turkish and English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customs authorities in Turkey and other Middle East countries.
• Maintain import/export documentation for audits and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Services teams.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Dealing with customs authorities in Turkey and other countries in the Middle East
• Maintaining files, data, and other supporting information for imports and exports for an audit-ready state and coordinate with internal customers in response to audits or other requests for information pertaining to company import / export activities
• Collaborating with cross functional internal stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Transport, and Customer Services and Customer Relations Departments
• Monitoring the efficiency of movement of materials and products within and outside of the EMEA Region to ensure safe and efficient delivery, receipt, storage of products

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Customs Administration, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in International Trade regulations and customs requirements for import/exports of Medical Products ideally
• Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems required.
• Proficiency in SAP/GTS, Excel
• Written and spoken Turkish and English, Arabic is a plus
• High-level mathematical and data analytics skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize and work in a team environment collaborating with cross functional teams

Work location: This role is remote, based in Turkey. It may include up to 15-20% travel, domestic/international (Germany mainly).
