Pernod Ricard Türkiye invites recent graduates to join the Shake Your Future Management Trainee Program as Trade Marketing Management Trainee – On & Hotels. You will gain hands-on responsibilities across Sales, Marketing and Business Development while supporting the execution of premium brand campaigns in the On-Trade and hotel channels.

The program combines analytics, planning and field activities, with mentoring from leaders.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
• Up to 2 years of internship or professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing or Commercial functions, preferably within FMCG.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives aligned with brand, channel and customer strategies.
• Analyze promotional performance through pre- and post-activity evaluations, including ROI analysis and performance measurement.
• Prepare regular commercial reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Monitor sell-out performance, merchandising effectiveness and execution quality to generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development to execute the annual commercial activity calendar.
• Coordinate loyalty and incentive programs and assist with POS materials and field materials.
