Job Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements, prepare test cases and data, and perform test executions.
• Install, configure, test, and support Argela software and third-party tools.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate third-party tools into assigned projects.
• Report outcomes and document issues from testing, deployment, and support processes.
• Monitor Argela products in production environments; create necessary scripts and set up alarms.
• Detect and troubleshoot issues in Argela products and third-party tools in both test and production environments.
• Provide necessary system outputs to support Argela’s development and analysis teams.
• Be available for operational activities outside of standard working hours when necessary.
• Analyze system behavior and performance under load.
• Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, analysis, and continuous learning.
• Communicate effectively and provide customer support for Argela products within SLA timeframes.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and work collaboratively as a team player.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to design effective test cases and strategies based on software requirements
• Preferred experience in testing, deployment, or support of BPMN 2.0-based applications
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, firewalls)
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with logging, tracing, shell scripting, and alert strategies
• Proficiency in testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Hands‑on experience with application servers (e.g., WebLogic, GlassFish)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, HBase)
• Bonus: Experience with Kafka, Redis, and microservice architectures
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
