Job Description
- Analyze business and technical requirements, prepare test cases and data, and perform test executions.
- Install, configure, test, and support Argela software and third-party tools.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate third-party tools into assigned projects.
- Report outcomes and document issues from testing, deployment, and support processes.
- Monitor Argela products in production environments; create necessary scripts and set up alarms.
- Detect and troubleshoot issues in Argela products and third-party tools in both test and production environments.
- Provide necessary system outputs to support Argela’s development and analysis teams.
- Be available for operational activities outside of standard working hours when necessary.
- Analyze system behavior and performance under load.
- Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, analysis, and continuous learning.
- Communicate effectively and provide customer support for Argela products within SLA timeframes.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and work collaboratively as a team player.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to design effective test cases and strategies based on software requirements
- Preferred experience in testing, deployment, or support of BPMN 2.0-based applications
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, firewalls)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Familiarity with logging, tracing, shell scripting, and alert strategies
- Proficiency in testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Hands‑on experience with application servers (e.g., WebLogic, GlassFish)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, HBase)
- Bonus: Experience with Kafka, Redis, and microservice architectures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
