Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Manager Technology Systems in Istanbul to oversee a portfolio of commercial applications and IT services. You will lead a small to medium team, drive the technology roadmap, and coordinate local and global projects, while leveraging AI to improve operations and security.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT and 3+ years in leadership, with strong vendor management, budgeting, and cybersecurity knowledge.

Qualifications

7+ years in IT, infrastructure, operations, or technology delivery.
3+ years managing projects, services, vendors, budgets, planning, and teams.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience with AI and scalable secure solutions.
Experience with consultancies, vendors, and development teams.

Responsibilities

Manage IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user services securely and efficiently.
Execute technology roadmap, manage escalations, and resolve major incidents.
Coordinate local and global projects and products.
Lead budgeting, demand prioritisation, and cost control.
Lead a team of Specialists and/or Supervisors and drive performance.
