Job summary

DefineX Consulting is seeking a Technology Consulting Principal to lead technology strategy and transformation initiatives for clients. You will work with seasoned professionals to architect technology-driven business changes, align IT with business goals, and drive digital disruption initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Role involves shaping technology visions, building roadmaps, and guiding teams through implementation while delivering high-impact outcomes and industry leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a tech or management field.
• 10+ years in business analysis, technology consulting, product management or solution architecture.
• Experience in Technology Strategy, Solution Architecture, IT Governance, or IT Operating Model.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Analyze business issues, identify pain points, and build a fact base for action.
• Lead as-is analysis, to-be design sessions, and documentation for solutions.
• Create deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel; contribute to new offerings.

Youwill beinvolved in a range of activities from supportingorganizations to develop their technology strategy to assisting with transformation implementation activities.Together with theteam, you willhelpour clients shapingtheir technology vision,architectinga technology-driven transformation to capitalize on digital disruption, and executingon their digital and technology-driven business transformation journeys. Your impact:

• Developingcomprehensive technology strategiesfor clients, including technologymaturityassessment,applicationportfoliorationalization, information strategy, sourcing strategy, technology systems strategy,andtechnology infrastructurestrategy.
• Interactingwith clients to understand and analyze business issues, identify pain points, and build a fact base to support hypotheses and the rationale for action.
• Developingbusiness casesand roadmapsforstrategic IT planning.
• Executingas-isanalysis andto-bedesignsessions and documentation to enable solution development.
• Developingdeliverables through heavy use of PowerPoint and Excel, among other Microsoft Office products.
• Helpingdevelopnewofferings and assets.
• Guidingteammembersduring project execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering or other comparable degrees.
• Min 10years of experience as a business analyst, technology consultant, technical product manager or solution architecture roles at an established consulting company ortechnology service provider.
• Experience in one of the following areas: Technology Strategy, Solution Architecture, IT Governance, and/or IT Operating Model.
• Basic knowledge of business process frameworks, logical architectures, and functional models in bankingindustry is a plus.
