Job summary

DefineX Consulting | Technology | Labs seeks a junior automation professional to develop, deploy, and support automation solutions for client projects in Turkey. You will contribute to design and documentation, resolve post-go-live issues, and help drive digital transformation with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

The role offers opportunities to learn new tools, work with local and international teams, and participate in client premises workshops and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informatics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• UiPath certification is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with agentic automation practices is a plus.
• Ability to think out of the box.
• Strong communication skills and initiative.
• Acting with transparency and ownership.
• Willingness to collaborate with local and international project members.
• Willingness to attend client premises meetings/workshops.
• Ability to understand client processes in detail.
• Eligible to work in Turkey.

• Develop, deploy and implement automation solutions using industry-leading automation tools,
• Create and maintain technical design documentation,
• Participate in problem identification/error resolution process after the project goes live,
• Support the customer in every aspect of their digital transformation journey,
• Also, you will search and develop new solutions for related customer needs.
• You will in turn, have a chance to develop your technical and business skills and be a part of our top-notch team.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informatics or any related area,
• 1-2 years of experience,
• Certification in UiPath is a big plus,
• Knowledge of Python is a plus,
• Familiarity with agentic automation practices is a plus,
• Ability to think out of the box,
• Strong communication skills, taking initiative when necessary,
• Acting with transparency and ownership,
• Ability and passion for working collaboratively with local & international project members,
• Willingness to attend meetings/workshops on client premises and work from client premises,
• Communication skills including the ability to understand client processes in any area in detail,
• Eligible to work in Turkey.
