Job summary

EY Türkiye is seeking a senior cybersecurity consultant to combine deep security expertise with high-level client engagement. You will translate complex cybersecurity risks into actionable business insights for executive leadership and drive strategic discussions with CXO-level stakeholders.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience, professional certifications (CISSP/CISM/ISO 27001 or equivalent), and a degree in CS/Engineering.

Your Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will combine strong cybersecurity consulting expertise with outstanding client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities. They will be able to establish trusted relationships with client executives, lead strategic discussions, and translate complex cybersecurity challenges into practical business solutions. They are capable of translating complex technical risks into business‑relevant insights and recommendations for senior executives and client leadership. The candidate should possess experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Security Operations, Application Security, and Network Security, while demonstrating a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

What We Look For

• At least 5 – 6 years of relevant work experience
• Strong motivation for pursuing a career dedicated to cybersecurity
• Proven background in cybersecurity transformation programs and implementations
• CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 or similar certifications are required
• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Industrial / System Engineering, Management Information Systems or any other degree with personal interest to cyber technology and security risks
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Enthusiastic about technology and cyber trends, research, and continuous personal and professional growth
• Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling executive presentations, engaging CxO‑level stakeholders and influencing strategic decision‑making
• Ability to travel is a must
