Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Engineering, Business Administration and Economics)
Advanced graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA) is a plus
+3 years of budget & cost management and reporting, IT Procurement, IT Finance and parallel experience preferably in banking Sector
Hands‑on experience in annual and periodic IT budget planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting
Strong ability and experience to prepare executive‑level presentations, reports and dashboards
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams (IT, Finance, Procurement, Operations, etc.)
Exceptional analytical thinking, problem‑solving and follow‑up skills
Collaboration with global organization in projects, processes, events and communications; good command of verbal and written English
Well‑structured, strategic thinking
Self‑drive and result orientation
Willingness to think and act out of the box and take accountability

Technology Budget and Finance management: Forecasting and steering Technology budget while leading and supporting IT Leads in communication with related stakeholders such as Finance, Procurement etc.
Technology Performance management: Identify, monitor and report strategic objectives regarding Bank level and Tech domain strategy and Priorities
Prepare high‑quality presentations and strategic content for C‑level committees, executive meetings, and key corporate events, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong storytelling
Drive continuous Technology process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, proposing optimization opportunities, and coordinating implementation efforts across relevant teams.
CIO support activities: Supporting tech management with effective and seamless planning, organization and monitoring activities in order to meet CIO objectives
Outsource workforce management: Manage and monitor technology outsource workforce management in line with strategic priorities and expected deadlines
Technology Portfolio management: Steering and reporting local and global initiatives effectively in line with Tech Strategic priorities
