Job summary

Aref Soğutma in Istanbul's Fatih district is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead our field and service team in industrial chillers and cooling systems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and system reliability.

You will plan and coordinate field activities, manage maintenance schedules, and drive training and performance tracking for the technical crew while ensuring timely response to service requests and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering or related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial cooling, chillers or HVAC.
• Ability to coordinate and plan field teams.
• Class B driver's license, able to drive actively.
