Job summary

We are looking for a Technical Service Intern to assist our technical operations team with troubleshooting, maintenance, field operations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd-year undergraduate student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Interested in electronics, computer hardware, network systems, and technical service operations.
• Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance/repair processes or willing to learn.

Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.

We are looking for a Technical Service Intern to support our daily operations within our technical operations team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Checking electronic and computer hardware and network equipment.
• Participating in field operations together with the technical team.
• Recording and reporting technical processes.
• Tracking data and preparing reports using MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd-year undergraduate student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Interested in electronics, computer hardware, network systems, and technical service operations.
• Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance/repair processes or willing to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with documentation and reporting processes.
• Able to adapt to field operations and work effectively as part of a team.
• Preferably able to read and understand technical documents in English.
• Committed to following occupational health and safety regulations.
• Available to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
