Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Technical Data and Specifications Writer (2-year temporary) to support Europe Foods AOP delivery, manage product specifications, and ensure data integrity across the supply chain. You will coordinate with R&D, PD, and cross-functional teams to drive SAP workflows and ensure compliance with global standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with SAP or similar systems, and the ability to translate technical data into actionable specifications for

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in data handling and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and transform raw technical data from PD functions.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar specification systems.
• Background in food technology, chemistry, or related field; 2–3 years in product development, QA/QC, or regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Specification Management & Digitization across Europe Foods portfolio.
• Coordinate SAP specification approvals with PD and TDC.
• Publish specification reports for internal stakeholders in collaboration with Adopt & Sustain.
