Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Development, QA/Regulatory within the food industry (2–3 years).
• Strong attention to detail in data management and accuracy.
• Knowledge of SAP or ability to adapt to specification systems.
• Background in food technology or chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Align content and digitize specifications across the Europe Foods portfolio in line with project timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Development, TDC, and Commercialisation to shape innovation project timelines and milestones.
• Act as ambassadors for PepsiCo Global Ingredient Standards and ensure supplier training and compliance for specification completion.
• Coordinate SAP specification approval workflows with PD and TDC to meet project deadlines.
• Publish specification reports for internal stakeholders and enable robust traceability in Supply Chain BOM.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support R&D Digital Strategy (PLM) data cleansing and maintenance.
