Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Technical Account Manager based in Ankara with a work-from-home blend and client visits. You will be responsible for planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements, focusing on availability solutions, data protection, and monitoring.

Bring a technology degree and consulting/PM experience. Proficiency in Turkish and English is essential, plus hands-on with VMware, Veeam core products, and Cloud/Storage technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience.
• Certified ITIL/PRINCE2/PMP or equivalent project management credentials.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Core products and virtualization technologies.
• Proven consulting and project management experience.
• Fluent Turkish and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and statements of work.
• Support delivery and consulting services for solution design.
• Provide project guidance including plans and status updates.
• Assist with design and estimation of solutions and post-install issues.
• Create documentation, white papers, and best practices.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and configure environments.
• Coordinate with client and Veeam support for issues.
• Identify additional client needs for Veeam solutions.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements.
• Overnight travel to meet company goals.
