Job summary

Fiba Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the Human Resources – Organizational Development, Talent and Performance Management Department. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably with experience in employee experience and employer branding.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, organization skills with attention to detail.
• Strong learning agility, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to conduct data-driven analysis and reporting, and enthusiasm for developing new projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future talent needs of business units.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with business unit leaders to attract talent.
• Analyze talent acquisition data, prepare regular reports, and improve processes.
• Design and implement internship and young talent programs across the Group.
• Develop onboarding processes for new employees and coordinate with HR teams.
• Collaborate on employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Develop projects to strengthen the employer brand.
• Analyze employee experience needs and design supporting programs.
• Contribute to joint projects with Fiba Group companies and coordinate efforts.
• Support HR processes and systems improvements.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the current and future talent needs of business units,

• Analyze talent acquisition data, prepare regular reports, and improve processes based on the insights obtained,
• Challenge conventional approaches and bring an innovative perspective to the design, planning, and end-to-end execution of internship and young talent programs across the Group, while ensuring effective coordination among all relevant stakeholders,
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding processes and practices to ensure a smooth and engaging integration experience for new employees,
• Collaborate with relevant teams throughout employee onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Develop projects that strengthen the employer brand,
• Analyze employee experience needs and design employee support programs, practices, and projects,
• Contribute to joint projects carried out with Fiba Group companies and ensure the necessary organization and coordination,
• Actively contribute to the effective use and continuous improvement of human resources processes and systems.
