Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.); M.S. is a plus.
• 8+ years experience in Systems Engineering and Test Engineering with technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of System/Software Test Methodologies and Life Cycles including Agile/DevOps.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, Turkish and English bilingual.

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly experienced Lead / Senior System-Test Engineer to take technical ownership of complex projects, based in Ankara.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.); M.S. is a plus,
• Significant professional experience (8+ years) in Systems Engineering and Test Engineering, including technical leadership of complex projects,
• Strong knowledge of System/Software Test Methodologies and Life Cycles, including modern Agile/DevOps approaches,
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and operational stakeholders in both Turkish and English,
• Disciplined and focused.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, MoDAF) and model-based systems engineering with SysML,
• Experience in using automated testing tools, scripting and CI/CD pipelines,
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and experience testing cloud-based/cloud-native systems
• Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI-based tools in system engineering, analysis and test activities,
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams,
• Hands on experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Enterprise Architect / Cameo Systems Modeler.

• Applying modern system/test engineering practices (Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps, Model-Based Systems Engineering) and utilizing LLM/AI-based tools in system engineering, analysis and test activities,
• Mentoring junior/mid-level engineers and providing technical guidance to the test team,
• Preparing and delivering product presentations, demonstrations and trainings, and developing related documentation.
