Job summary

MilSOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. in Ankara invites a self-confident Lead/Senior System-Test Engineer to take technical ownership of complex projects and deliver robust testing solutions on the latest technologies.

This role demands 8+ years in Systems and Test Engineering, deep knowledge of test methodologies and Agile/DevOps, and the ability to bridge Turkish and English stakeholders across the full development life cycle.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.); M.S. is a plus.
8+ years experience in Systems Engineering and Test Engineering with technical leadership.
Strong knowledge of System/Software Test Methodologies and Life Cycles including Agile/DevOps.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, Turkish and English bilingual.
Disciplined and focused.

Responsibilities

Leading system analysis and developing requirements for complex projects.
Performing requirements traceability across the life cycle.
Designing, developing and executing manual and automated System & Software test procedures.
Analyzing and documenting test results to support debugging and evaluation.
Leading validation/verification activities and technical reviews.
Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance to the test team.
Preparing and delivering product presentations and trainings.
