Job summary

MLPCARE is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to lead and coordinate our sustainability roadmap within the Investor Relations and Strategy Directorate. You will work cross-functionally to collect data, analyze ESG metrics and help prepare reports in line with global standards.

The role requires a degree in engineering, business, or economics, strong English, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive performance, transparency, and governance in sustainability initiatives across

Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering, Business or Economics departments of universities.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of sustainability.
• Very good command of English both written and verbal.
• High ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Effective time management, teamwork and good communication skills.
• Ability to think analytically and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coordinating and following the company's sustainability roadmap and strategy.
• Contributing to the preparation of Sustainability Reports, Annual Reports and Corporate Governance Reports, collecting, monitoring and analyzing data.
• Coordinate and follow up the departments and committees working on environmental, social and governance issues in the company.
• Follow the processes in national and international sustainability reporting trends and standards and carry out performance improvement studies.
• Follow the legislation on the Capital Markets Board and Sustainability, including developments related to TSRS, and contribute to compliance.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures (CDP, Refinitiv, S&P Global CSA) ensuring alignment with standards.
• Provide timely and accurate answers to sustainability-oriented questions from investors, customers, NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Ensure sustainability sections of the company website are updated.
