Job summary

DyDo DRINCO Türkiye in Üsküdar is seeking a Sustainability Associate to support the development and execution of the company's sustainability strategy. We are looking for a "Sustainability Associate" to be in Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Supporting the development and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy and related initiatives,
• Assisting in the execution and monitoring of ESG projects,
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability data to support internal and external reporting requirements,
• Monitoring relevant environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and ESG trends to support compliance and continuous improvement,
• Tracking sustainability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities,
• Supporting carbon footprint, waste management, energy efficiency, and other environmental sustainability initiatives,
• Assisting in the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications,
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of sustainability topics and support the achievement of sustainability goals,
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduates from relevant departments of universities,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines,
• Strong communication skills and 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, CSR, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork experience, cross-cultural awareness, and language skills that support international communication,
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple communication activitie.
