Raffles Istanbul seeks a driven sustainability professional to lead environmental initiatives across the luxury hotel. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of ESG experience in international hospitality, with ISO 14001/50001 knowledge considered a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate will excel in communications, data analysis, and driving environmental performance improvements while upholding exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability-related field; 3+ years in sustainability/ESG within hospitality is preferred.
• ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or related certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sustainability initiatives across departments toward luxury service standards.
• Monitor and report environmental performance, energy and water efficiency, waste management.
• Develop and implement sustainability reporting aligned with industry standards.
