Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Structural Engineer for the UABOS Turkey program at Incirlik Air Base.

You will support design, engineering, and installation projects across facilities and infrastructure, ensuring quality and compliance with DoD standards. Qualifications

• 3 years of Structural Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Architecture.
• Shall have or be able to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Training in Security Engineering UFC 4-010-01.
• English proficiency: Reading Level III, Written Level III, Verbal Level III.
• Class B (driver’s license) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Database and data management for NexGenIT or successor systems.
• Provide leadership and design project execution oversight for contracts (design, A&E, IDIQ, MACC, service).
• Manage design programs for facility and infrastructure projects.
• Provide structural analysis, pathology reports, and design solutions for deficiencies.
• Develop short, medium, and long-term plans for installation complexes.
• Develop contracting packages and oversee project execution.
• Coordinate with agencies like AFCEC, USACE, NAVFAC, NATO, and DLA.
• Conduct project acceptance inspections and ensure documentation submission.
• Serve as liaison for projects with agency partners and third parties.
• Drive service improvement and cost reduction through procedural and technological enhancements.
