Medtronic is seeking a Strategy and Planning Regulatory Affairs professional to drive pre-market submissions across ACEE & TURMECA regions, including Turkey. The role requires coordinating with regional and global RA teams to ensure compliant timelines and quality documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a scientific/engineering background, 2–3 years in medical device regulatory affairs, knowledge of EU MDRs, and strong project management and communication skills. Some travel may be required.

The individual in Strategy and Planning Regulatory Affairs (S&P RA) Team partners closely with regional and cross functional experts to facilitate streamlined approach for pre-market submissions (registration and notification) planning and execution.
There is no fixed reporting location for this hybrid working model, but the role might require coordination across time zones and fluent business English. Limited/occasional travel may be required depending on project needs and stakeholder engagement.
