Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality or related.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA/ECC or similar ERP systems.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and coordinate resolution of regulatory blocks and distribution control issues across EMEA markets.
• Support regional Regulatory Affairs teams by managing issue tracking, communication, escalation activities, and resolution follow-up.
• Analyze SAP, S4HANA, ECC, and related system data to identify and resolve regulatory and operational issues.
• Conduct root cause investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain and optimize Regulatory Distribution Control processes in collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational decision‑making.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, and Global Operations teams to support uninterrupted business operations and compliance requirements.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve reporting quality, operational visibility, and process efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join a regional EMEA Regulatory Affairs organization on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position will play a critical role in supporting regulatory operations across multiple markets, ensuring the effective management of regulatory distribution controls, issue resolution, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Compliance, or a related environment.
• Experience working with SAP, S4HANA, ECC, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or FMCG is preferred.
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, digitalization, or reporting enhancement initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a cross‑functional and international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
