Çalık Holding is seeking a Strategy Analyst / Senior Strategy Analyst in İstanbul to join the CEO Office. You will contribute to portfolio-level analysis, build financial models for investments, and participate in M&A processes while leading work streams.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field.
3–5 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
Strong analytical thinking and leadership abilities.
Proficient in financial modelling and solid finance/accounting fundamentals.
Ability to work independently in a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to portfolio-level analysis and strategic planning cycles.
Prepare financial models and support valuation and feasibility work on investments.
Lead or participate in M&A processes and due diligence with ownership of work streams.
Conduct market research and analyze tech trends to source new ideas.
Monitor global/sector developments and translate into actionable strategies.
Support startup scouting via corporate venture capital arm.
