Job summary

GİZLİ is seeking an enthusiastic Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our Head Office. You will oversee production and logistics planning, align forecasts with sales, and drive efficiency across warehouse, production and logistics teams.

The role requires strong planning, ERP experience, and advanced English. You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize processes and reduce costs while ensuring timely operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in retail, F&B, hospitality, services, or logistics.
• Strong planning, forecasting, production and warehouse management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project; ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted and efficient execution of production and logistics processes.
• Plan production and inventory per forecasts and sales plans.
• Coordinate demand forecasts and order management.
• Coordinate between warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
• Monitor warehouse operations and implement improvements.
• Manage and report processes via ERP and planning systems.
• Conduct cost analyses and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Prepare documents for audits and support related processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate branch planning and align with headquarter lists.
