Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, strategic planning skills, organization and reporting skills.
• Effective communication skills, result-oriented mindset, and strong follow-up ability.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in mobility sector and indirect purchasing.
• Fluent English and experience in cost analysis and reporting in MS Office and SAP MM.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable materials and negotiate pricing; issue purchase orders through SAP; manage end-to-end procurement.
• Conduct price and supplier research for domestic and international purchases of services, marketing, IT, and consumables.
• Conduct supplier evaluations.
• Prepare reliable and sustainable cost saving projects.
• Prepare and monitor periodic purchasing reports.
• Manage import processes, shipping, insurance, and customs operations.
• Manage supplier performance.
• Develop supplier pool and find new suppliers.
• Develop SAP implementation processes and improve purchasing workflows.
