Job summary

Marti, Türkiye’s leading mobility platform, is seeking a Finance professional to join its FP&A team. You will deliver analytical support, build financial models, and generate management reports to guide strategic decisions across pricing, procurement, and operations.

The role requires 4–5 years in financial planning and reporting, strong Excel/Office skills, and fluency in English. IFRS knowledge is a plus, with a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in Marmara Bölgesi.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in financial reporting or planning functions.
• Strong financial analysis and data reporting skills.
• Fluency in English; IFRS understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and financial modelling support for critical business decisions.
• Generate management reports to inform monthly performance and decision making.
• Prepare budget/forecast/Actual reviews with KPI and operational metrics and commentary.
• Support pricing, procurement, and scheduling with financial insight.
• Develop and test analytical modeling solutions to drive efficiency.
• Review variances vs budget and guide business actions to reduce gaps.
• Lead the Long Range Plan (LRP) process from a Finance perspective and craft a forecasting model.
