bitaksi, Turkey's leading taxi-hailing app, invites a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our finance team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to support scalable growth and informed decision‑making across product, operations, and marketing.

You will analyze performance, track KPIs, prepare reports for management, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role offers a dynamic, data-driven environment in Istanbul, with opportunities to influence the future

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
2+ years of experience in finance or commercial roles.
Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial analysis.
Strong data interpretation and clear insights.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced Excel skills; Google Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain deviations.
Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
Support strategic planning and cash flow forecasting.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management decisions.
Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams for alignment.
Assist in audit-related data collection and documentation processes.
