Job summary

FUCHS PETROLUB SE is seeking a Demand Planning Executive in Istanbul, Türkiye. The role focuses on sharing sales forecasts with Production Planning, planning imported orders, and ensuring stock levels stay within target limits. Strong Excel and English skills are required, with SAP knowledge considered an asset.

The candidate will collaborate across departments, manage timely reports, and drive proactive stock management to support production needs and reduce obsolete inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Excellent command of MS Office Programs, Excel in particular.
• Preferably 5-8 years of experience in the relevant job.
• SAP knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Share monthly sales forecasts with Production Planning for all segments.
• Create, plan and follow-up imported orders for all segments.
• Coordinate between the sales team and other departments.
• Maintain stock within target limits and destock as needed.
• Notify sales team of non-moving stock and take action to reduce it.
• Collaborate with Production to meet field production needs.
• Prepare monthly forecast and actualization reports.
• Set minimum and maximum stock levels in the system.
• Track production of unplanned orders from customers.
