MINDPICKED, a new generation recruitment firm, is assisting a leading multinational retail company to fill the Budget & Reporting Manager role in Turkey. The position focuses on solid financial controlling, budgeting, and reporting to support senior management.

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years in finance, a degree in business/ economics, strong English, and expertise in MS Office and SAP FI. The role demands leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field with successful academic record.
• 7-9 years of similar experience in a related position.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
• Self-confident professional with strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities.
• Advanced user of MS Office Applications & SAP FI.
• Motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring solid Financial Controlling, Reporting, Budgeting, Analysis and Finance Partnering processes, effectively and timely performed.
• Reviewing monthly closing process (Financial Management Controls).
• Preparing monthly closing reports on a timely basis.
• Preparing monthly performance reports for top management.
• Expediting ad-hoc requests for financial analysis from different stakeholders.
• Liaising with internal departments to identify key financial risks and drive improvements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with related departments to achieve objectives.
• Generating and reviewing reports to monitor market/liquidity risk with Group Risk.
