Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts under the leadership of the Account Director.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable day-to-day contact.
• Translate client needs and business challenges into clear project briefs and actionable plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality output.
• Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to account growth.
• Ensure all work aligns with client expectations and agency standards.
