Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in product applications engineering or related roles.
• Experience in antenna design and phased arrays.
• Knowledge in EM simulation and system-level simulations.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of antennas.
• Design and development of phased array system based on silicon components.
• Schematic and PCB layout for demo boards and reference designs for customers.
• Evaluation of products and application scenarios using bench equipment.
• Develop system-level understanding to optimize product integration.
• Lead development of advanced application tools and reference boards.
