Analog Devices, Inc. in Istanbul is seeking a Staff Embedded Software Engineer to join the Zephyr RTOS Development Team. You will help design, architect, and deliver embedded platforms built on Zephyr for MCU/SoC products.

The role emphasizes collaboration across hardware, firmware, validation and product teams, with a strong focus on high-quality, maintainable code and global teamwork.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive hands-on embedded software development, drivers and BSP work.
• Strong C/C++ software engineering practices for reliable, production-quality embedded code.
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS and board bring-up, silicon/debug workflows.
• Familiarity with ARM-based embedded systems and standard interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD and modern tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins/GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into Zephyr-based software architecture and implementation plans.
• Design and develop device drivers, BSPs, and platform integrations for MCU/SoC solutions.
• Develop embedded software using Zephyr kernel services, Devicetree, Kconfig, west and CMake workflows.
• Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and documentation; adhere to standards.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, validation and product teams globally.
