Jobgether in Turkey is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to shape and deliver high-impact AI initiatives, building production-ready solutions that improve customer experiences. You will provide technical leadership across engineering teams, influence major architectural decisions, and help define the future of the organization’s AI capabilities.

Working within a collaborative, cross‑functional environment, you will lead projects from initial design through production deployment.

Formación

• Staff-level software engineer with hands-on leadership responsibilities.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade LLM applications and AI agents.
• Strong backend/platform engineering skills with Python and Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Proven ability to design AI evaluation frameworks with automated testing, agent traces, human feedback, and monitoring.
• Understanding AI agent architecture, tool design, and orchestration for reliable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major AI initiatives—from design to deployment and optimization.
• Contribute to production AI systems, improve architecture and workflows.
• Develop scalable AI quality frameworks and monitoring.
• Define architectural standards across teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
