Job summary

ELITE HR Consultancy is seeking a Solutions Architect Assistant in Istanbul to support international clients across the MENA region by designing and delivering cloud and Generative AI solutions. You will bridge business needs and technical execution with robust public cloud architectures and practical AI/LLM implementations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, producing end-to-end cloud designs, evaluating AI stacks, and conducting technical demos for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in public cloud infrastructure, DevOps/SysOps, or AI solution delivery.
• Solid foundation in core cloud primitives across at least one major provider.
• Cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
• Working familiarity with mainstream models and ecosystem tools/frameworks (LangChain, Dify, n8n, MCP, Model Studio/Bailian, PAI).

• Partner closely with international sales teams to identify cloud migration and AI adoption opportunities throughout the entire deal cycle.
• End-to-end technical designs covering compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes (K8s), databases, big data, and security.
• Consult on model selection and AI tech stacks; build hands-on POCs and prototypes using RAG, workflows, and AI Agents.
• Attend technical presentations, conduct architecture deep-dives, and run interactive product demos for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and operational health for Key Accounts.

Solutions Architect Assistant (Cloud & GenAI)

We are looking for a Solutions Architect Assistant based in İstanbul to support international clients across the MENA region and help them scale using modern cloud infrastructure and Generative AI.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by designing robust Public Cloud architectures and building practical Generative AI / Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with international sales teams to identify cloud migration and AI adoption opportunities throughout the entire deal cycle.
• End-to-end technical designs covering compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes (K8s), databases, big data, and security.
• Consult on model selection and AI tech stacks; build hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), workflows, and AI Agents.
• Attend technical presentations, conduct architecture deep-dives, and run interactive product demos for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and operational health for Key Accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in public cloud infrastructure, DevOps/SysOps, or AI solution delivery.
• Solid foundation in core cloud primitives across at least one major provider (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei, or Tencent). Cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
• Working familiarity with mainstream models (Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and ecosystem tools/frameworks (LangChain, Dify, n8n, MCP, Model Studio/Bailian, PAI).
• Prior exposure to high-growth sectors such as E-Commerce, Gaming, Web3, Media, Retail, or Fintech is highly valued.
