Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye seeks a Solution Architect to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology and drive architectural decisions across ING's international ecosystem.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Domain Architects, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define end‑to‑end architectures, contribute to modernization, and deliver secure, scalable solutions for millions of customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development and solution delivery, preferably within Agile environments.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or similar architectural role within complex organizations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to remove impediments and drive progress.
• Analytical mindset for designing end‑to‑end technology solutions.
• Experience interpreting business requirements and transforming them into technical architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Interpret functional and non‑functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Define system interactions, integration patterns, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Participate in feasibility studies, impact assessments, and solution evaluations for new initiatives.
• Support Epic and User Story refinement activities from a solution design perspective.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure architectural alignment.
• Perform detailed functional and technical analysis and design activities.
