Job summary

Bentley Systems in Ankara is seeking a Software Quality Analyst Intern to join the Bridge and Tunnel team, contributing to testing, validation, and documentation while gaining exposure to civil engineering and software development.

The role offers hybrid work and collaboration with developers and engineers, providing hands-on experience with bridge/tunnel modeling tools and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn software testing and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop expertise in Bentley’s bridge and tunnel engineering software products from a civil engineering perspective.
• Test reported software issues and verify defect resolutions to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Identify, document, and communicate software defects and usability concerns.
• Support product documentation efforts by reviewing and validating technical content.
• Collaborate with software developers to communicate civil engineering requirements, workflows, and user expectations.
• Assist development teams in ensuring products meet engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, and validation testing activities for new features and product releases.
• Analyze software behavior and investigate technical issues to support continuous product improvement.
• Contribute to improving the quality, performance, and usability of Bentley’s bridge and tunnel solutions.
• Participate in team discussions, planning activities, and quality assurance best practices.
