Job summary

Bentley Systems in Ankara invites aspiring civil engineers to join as a Software Quality Analyst Intern. You will support testing, validation, and documentation for bridge and tunnel software, collaborating with developers and engineering experts to ensure quality and usability.

The role offers exposure to industry-leading civil software like OpenBridge Modeler and OpenTunnel Designer, in a hybrid work setting with a focus on learning and career growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Interest in bridge and/or tunnel engineering and infrastructure design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an investigative mindset.
• Ability to learn new software tools and technical concepts quickly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a global and cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop expertise in Bentley's bridge and tunnel engineering software products from a civil engineering perspective.
• Test reported software issues and verify defect resolutions to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Identify, document, and communicate software defects and usability concerns.
• Support product documentation efforts by reviewing and validating technical content.
• Collaborate with software developers to communicate civil engineering requirements, workflows, and user expectations.
• Assist development teams in ensuring products meet engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, and validation testing activities for new features and product releases.
• Analyze software behavior and investigate technical issues to support continuous product improvement.
• Contribute to improving the quality, performance, and usability of Bentley's bridge and tunnel solutions.
• Participate in team discussions, planning activities, and quality assurance best practices.
