Job summary

Kalyon İnşaat is expanding its Corporate Environment and Sustainability Department and is recruiting an experienced Social Performance and Compliance Executive. The role involves driving social performance, international financing compliance, and governance across large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or Agricultural Engineering (required).
• 7+ years of social performance experience in large-scale infrastructure, transportation or construction projects (preferred).
• Experience on projects financed by international financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate social performance startup activities for new projects and establish management systems and site organization.
• Review social impact assessments and social management plans for ESIA, align with standards and corporate requirements; follow up on revisions and site implementation.
• Monitor Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) and Livelihood Restoration Plans (LRP), including entitlements and compensation, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
