Job summary

Skydagger is seeking a SMT Production Engineer in Istanbul to monitor and improve SMT assembly line processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

You will perform quality control using AOI systems, analyze defects, and support troubleshooting on the production floor while contributing to continuous improvement.

Required: a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, or Communications Engineering, and willingness to work on shifts on the European side of Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, or Communications Engineering.
• Interest in electronic board production, SMT lines or AOI systems.
• Willingness to work on the production floor and in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production processes in the SMT assembly line.
• Perform quality control using AOI systems and defect analysis.
• Identify electronic board defects during production and support troubleshooting processes.
• Provide technical support for visual inspection, rework, and manual soldering processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for production efficiency and quality.
• Gain technical knowledge of SMT machines and participate in process development activities.
